Our architecture is designed with a “light-first” philosophy: the interface fades away to make room for performance, data analysis, and skills acquisition. Upon registration, the system generated a strictly agile work environment tailored to your goals.

Your space is designed to immerse you directly in the action, without distraction.

  • The Dashboard: Upon logging in, click on “Access my account”. You will not find any superfluous catalogs here. Only the paths and assessments specifically assigned to you are displayed.
  • The Diagnostic Assessment (The Gateway): Before starting a learning path, you will often be asked to complete an initial assessment. These interactive modules adapt dynamically to your answers. Be precise: your results allow the system to calibrate the training environment that follows.
  • The Agile Path: Your progress is tracked step by step. Validating a module or passing a quiz automatically unlocks the next stage of your path.
  • Your Results: At the end of a module, instantly access your scores and qualitative feedback directly from your personal space.

👨‍🏫 2. Profile: Trainer & Assessor

Manage instructional design and support your cohorts with surgical precision.

  • Cohort Overview: Track the overall progress of your learner groups. The dashboard allows you to quickly identify the modules generating the most friction.
  • Exploiting Assessment Data: Our interactive modules capture granular data on learner behavior (response times, attempts, paths taken). Use these reports to identify knowledge gaps and adapt your future interventions.
  • Validation and Unlocking: If a path requires manual grading or human validation of a skill, you will receive a notification in your management center to authorize the learner to proceed.

📊 3. Profile: Strategic Recruiter & Researcher

Access data governance to make informed decisions based on real performance.

  • Performance Reports: Consult aggregated skills assessments. Analytical dashboards provide a clear view of the strengths and areas for improvement of a candidate or a group.
  • Data Sovereignty and Export: In accordance with our governance standards, your cohort data is strictly siloed. You have access to clean export tools to integrate these metrics into your own analysis or scientific research systems.
  • High-Level Profile Tracking: Isolate complex results (such as branching scenarios) to assess a candidate’s or study subject’s ability to make decisions under uncertainty.

  • Onboarding and Deployment Tracking: Monitor the integration of new resources in real time. Ensure that each employee or technician has validated the required agile work environments before being assigned to critical missions or deployed to the field.
  • Skills & Certification Matrix: Access auditable compliance reports. Verify at a glance that your teams have mastered the new industrial processes, safety protocols, or standards required for your project.
